During 2003 Terry Holland will complete his 22nd year of full time real estate service to the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas. He began his real estate practice in 1981 with Century 21 after a 3 year high school teaching career. He affiliated with Prudential California realty in 1993.
Market fluctuations, interest rate changes, community and business expansions, down-sizing and technological advancements have all been part of a career going into its third decade. Through it all, Terry has been a frequent award winning and top-producing realtor, closing over 1,000 escrows in his career.
